Refund policy
Items purchased through the website can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of delivery, in original condition. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Returns that take place within 14 days can be completed for a refund, store credit, or exchanges.
Between 15 and 30 days, Returns can only be completed for store credit or exchanges. After 30 days, the sale is final and returns will not be accepted. When shipping the return back, please include your order receipt with the item/items. We recommend insuring the package you ship to us, as we are not responsible for any items that get lost in the mail. As we receive your return, we will issue the return to the payment method or provide a store credit assuming the return is approved.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The return shipping fee will be at the customers expense for all domestic shipping. For International orders once the return order is approved we will send you a shipping label and the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. Buyer pays return shipping for all domestic and international orders.
Certain items sold on sale or noted as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged

Please note hipV sells vintage, antique and redesigned pieces. Our items are pre-owned and beautifully aged. Please expect minor signs of wear and unique character.
At hipV we do our best to describe and photograph all imperfections. All of our pieces are vintage. All Jewelry is sold "AS IS"
