I'm Lynn, founder and designer behind hipV.

For me, jewelry has always been about more than the piece itself. It's the history, the craftsmanship, and the stories that come with it. I love curating pieces that you fall in love with, wear often, and perhaps one day pass on to someone you love.

My love of jewelry began at a very young age while growing up in Norwich, England. I loved peeking inside my Nana's jewelry box and marveling at all the beautiful pieces she had collected over the years. From that moment on, I was hooked.

Before founding hipV, my career took me throughout Europe working for London- and Swiss-based hotel groups. Those years gave me the opportunity to travel extensively throughout the continent, and while I wasn't working in jewelry, I was constantly drawn to antiques, architecture, craftsmanship, and beautifully designed objects. Looking back, those experiences helped shape the way I see and design jewelry today.

Today, I live in Connecticut with my husband and our three children, but that early love of beautiful, storied jewelry has never left me. I curate one-of-a-kind antique and vintage jewelry from throughout Europe and the United States, personally selecting each piece for the hipV collection. Some I leave exactly as found. Others I hand-finish or thoughtfully reimagine in my Connecticut studio, preserving their history while ensuring they can be worn and enjoyed for years to come, heirlooms in the making. I believe these pieces are meant to be worn, loved, and woven into your story.
